MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Calculate inventory replenishment requirements in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing departments.

Communicate with local and international suppliers regarding order placements, product availability, and lead times.

Coordinate with customs clearance agents and work closely with transport companies to ensure the timely delivery of orders to the company’s warehouses.

Monitor stock coverage (days of stock) and safety stock levels.

Support the preparation of monthly reports.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.

Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
-
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to accuracy.
-
Previous experience in FMCG or an importing company will be considered an additional advantage.

Knowledge of SoftOne ERP software will be considered an additional advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€22,000 - €26,000 Gross Per Annum.
