Our client is a leading provider of a premium Accounting and ERP Operating System for the Cyprus business environment, leveraging AI to automate accounting data entry and reconciliations. The platform has been recognised in the International Chamber of Commerce Report on AI as an example of innovative AI technology. To support their growing client base, they are seeking a Support Lead to join the team, providing hands-on support and promoting the platform across multiple channels. This is a proactive role where you will have the opportunity to improve processes and collaborate across teams.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support prospective clients through onboarding and trial processes.

Respond to client queries and resolve support issues efficiently.

Deliver training sessions for new implementations and system rollouts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and platform adoption.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Systems/IT, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.

Accounting knowledge is essential.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
