We are looking for a System Administrator with hands-on experience in CRM systems and basic knowledge of Zendesk (or similar ticketing systems). This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day administration, optimisation, and smooth operation of internal systems across multiple departments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain the CRM system, including user accounts, permissions, and workflows

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Support data accuracy, uploads, and system clean-up tasks

Administer Zendesk: ticket views, triggers, automations, and user roles

Assist in optimizing support processes and generating basic performance reports

Provide first-level internal support and liaise with external providers when needed

Assist in testing new features, integrations, and updates
-
Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Business, or related field
-
1–2 years’ experience with CRM systems
-
Basic knowledge of Zendesk or other ticketing systems

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-
Understanding of system logic, workflows, and data management
-
Basic Excel and reporting skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
-
Experience in financial services or forex is a plus
-
Basic knowledge of APIs or system integrations is advantageous

Familiarity with automation processes within CRM systems
