We are seeking a senior Systems Engineer to manage infrastructure projects, resolve complex technical issues and design tailored client solutions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain server, virtualisation, storage and backup infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and improve reliability and security.
- Automate infrastructure management and maintenance.
- Collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure and network solutions.
- Develop client proposals, technical designs and cost estimates.
- Support new product development and mentor team members.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience, including 3+ years at senior level.
- Strong Linux administration and Windows Server knowledge.
- Experience with virtualisation, storage, backups and automation tools.
- Good understanding of networking, security and monitoring.
- Experience in technical solution design and pre-sales.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Experience with Proxmox, VMware, KVM, Docker, Ansible or Terraform.
- Background in hosting, cloud or data centre environments.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €24,000 - €30,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
