A leading Legal firm is searching for an experienced Tax Advisory Specialist to join their Tax & Immigration team in Malta. You will be advising clients on all matters tax related, covering direct and indirect taxation. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Tax (both junior and senior candidates considered). MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Advising clients on all matters tax related, covering direct and indirect taxation.

Structuring of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions,

Joint ventures and corporate reorganisations

Structuring of personal wealth, involving arrangements such as trusts, foundations and companies, amongst others.

Advising clients in relation to ongoing developments in international tax rules.

Support clients in relation to potential tax disputes involving the local Revenue.
