GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Group in Nicosia who are searching to recruit a Technical Officer to join the team in Nicosia. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 2 years of relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting the creation, reporting, and analysis of the department's KPIs, including ECK calculations and related queries.
  • Carrying out technical analysis of workshop consumptions to identify potential problems and developing findings into reports for the Deputy Engineering Director and Engineering Director.
  • Assisting with the preparation of the department's annual budget, including midpoint and monthly expense reports with year-to-date (YTD) comparisons.
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports on vehicle breakdowns, maintenance progress, and repairs, as well as any additional reports requested by the Deputy Engineering Director and Engineering Director.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with other departments, such as Operations and Health & Safety, to support smooth collaboration.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
  • Supporting AI and other projects as assigned, and carrying out any additional duties delegated by the Engineering Manager or Engineering Director.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a Technical Office or similar environment; experience in logistics or transport will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results oriented and problem solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to produce accurate reports and handle technical data.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally within a technical environment.
