Our client, an innovative and growing financial services firm based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated Trading Room Operator (PM) to join their team. Our client is an established algorithmic trading firm operating across international financial markets. They are seeking a Trading System Operator to join their Limassol team, offering an opportunity to develop specialist knowledge of automated trading systems and financial markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with back-office experience in Forex or Fintech to develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor automated trading systems and ensure their smooth operation.

Identify and respond to system alerts, trading anomalies and market-related events.

Review trading activity and analyse system performance.

Follow financial markets and developments affecting relevant asset classes.

Support daily trading operations and escalate issues when necessary.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-
Interest in financial markets and trading.
-
Basic Excel skills and fluent English.
-
A degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field is an advantage.

Python knowledge is a plus.

Working Hours: 15:30–23:30, including Cyprus public holidays.

No previous trading experience is required, as full training will be provided.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€18,000 - €24,000 Gross Per Annum

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative; any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
