Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking to recruit a Transfer Pricing Manager for their Nicosia office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and manage the firm’s Transfer Pricing (TP) Department.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all Transfer Pricing matters.
  • Participate in the recruitment and development of the TP team.
  • Manage and prepare Transfer Pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in line with local regulations.
  • Perform functional, economic, and benchmarking analysis for related party transactions.
  • Provide Transfer Pricing advice on new business initiatives and prepare reports based on findings.
  • Support the negotiation of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) for Transfer Pricing certainty.
  • Assist with TP audits, including communication with tax authorities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Transfer Pricing practices within the organization.
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments and share relevant updates with the team.
  • Regularly review internal Transfer Pricing policies to ensure compliance with the latest legislation.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Proficient with IT tools and technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiar with Cyprus Tax Legislation and OECD TP Guidelines.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing.
