A well-established company operating in the Forex Industry is looking for a Turkish speaking Account Manager/Retention Agent to join their Malta based team. The successful candidate must be a native/ fluent Turkish speaker and must have previous working experience in the Forex sector. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding clients into the Company

Assisting clientele with transacting funds

Assisting clientele with company's services

Negotiating better conditions with company's clients

Building and maintaining business relationships between the company and clients
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Native level Turkish and fluency in English

Previous working experience as an Account Manager (retention) or Portfolio Manager in the Forex Industry

Excellent command of Microsoft Office
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Results oriented and self-driven individual
