A Forex company in Nicosia is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a User Acquisition & Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid growth efforts, acquire high-quality trading clients, and scale performance marketing channels in line with regulatory and compliance requirements. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute user acquisition strategy across paid digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, native, affiliates, and performance partnerships
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a focus on FTDs, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and trader quality metrics
- Manage and scale affiliate and CPA networks, ensuring lead quality, fraud prevention, and compliance alignment
- Lead creative strategy and testing, working closely with design and content teams to improve CTR, CVR, and activation rates
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Retention teams to optimize registration, KYC, funding, and trading funnels
- Monitor daily performance dashboards and deliver actionable insights and growth recommendations
- Manage acquisition budgets, forecasts, and media plans across multiple regions and languages
- Oversee tracking, attribution, and analytics using GA4, MMPs, ad platforms, and BI tools
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition within CFDs, FX, Crypto, or Online Trading
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance-based acquisition channels
- Proven experience optimizing for FTDs, deposits, trading volume, and client lifetime value
- Experience managing multi-country campaigns with localized creatives and compliance requirements
