As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of valued customers. You will provide a high level of personalised service, respond to customer needs efficiently, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned VIP customers through professional and engaging communication.

Provide fast, accurate and personalised support using the appropriate communication channels and tools.

Manage a portfolio of customers with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed timeframes.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and a positive customer experience is maintained.

Meet individual and customer service team targets, including relevant call-handling and performance objectives.

Maintain accurate customer information and communication records using CRM systems.

Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and company policies.

Promote a responsible and Safer Gaming approach in all customer interactions.

Stay up to date with company procedures, regulatory requirements, licensing obligations and relevant processes.

Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Native-level Greek is essential.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Previous experience in customer service, account management, relationship management or a similar customer-facing role.

Previous experience handling VIP customers would be considered an advantage.

Strong telephone communication and active listening skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt communication styles to different customer personalities and needs.

Comfortable working as part of an international and multicultural team.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Good computer literacy and confidence using different systems and tools.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be considered an advantage.

Ability to remain professional and effective in a fast-paced environment.

High level of accountability, reliability and attention to detail.
Working Hours
- Shift 1: 9:30am – 6:00pm
- Shift 2: 1:30pm – 10:00pm
- Shift 3: 3:30pm – 12:00am
Public holidays: Public holidays come with an additional day off.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€20,000 - €26,400 Gross Per Annum
