MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Virtual Team Managers with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of service providers through the company’s platform

Participate in training and engagement initiatives for remote freelancers

Monitor, report and analyse freelancer performance and provide insights to management
-
Contribute to internal projects and process improvements to enhance service delivery
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous experience or academic background in Human Resources, Administration, Customer Support, Marketing or a related field

Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal – additional languages are a plus

Confident using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Punctual, proactive and eager to contribute ideas
