On behalf of our client, a fast-growing provider of virtual support services, GRS Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Virtual Team Manager / Customer Support Specialist for their Nicosia office. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and people-oriented professional to lead multicultural freelance teams and drive service excellence in a digital environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding and training for individuals providing client services via the company’s platform.
  • Manage and lead distributed freelance teams, fostering communication, collaboration and high performance.
  • Plan, prioritise and manage your own daily workflow while monitoring and analysing freelancer output.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to internal development projects aimed at enhancing operational quality and efficiency.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience or academic background in Human Resources, Administration, Customer Support, Management or Marketing.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Competent in using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Motivated, team-oriented, and capable of thriving in a virtual environment.
