An international SaaS company is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an Account Executive in Nicosia. As an Account Executive (Americas), you will drive revenue growth across the Americas region by converting inbound opportunities, re-engaging dormant and post-trial prospects, and expanding existing SMB accounts. You'll own the full sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations to closing deals, while partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to maximize conversion and customer growth. This role requires strong pipeline management, commercial acumen, and a customer-centric approach, while ensuring excellent coverage during North American business hours.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and convert inbound SMB opportunities across the Americas region (demo requests, contact requests, signups).
  • Manage and convert recycled, dormant, post-trial, and reactivation opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial conversations with prospects.
  • Build and develop expansion opportunities within existing SMB accounts.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to improve conversion and revenue performance.
  • Participate in coaching, enablement, training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a customer-facing commercial role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable conducting discovery calls, product demos, and customer-facing conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Comfortable working toward activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Ability to work a later shift aligned with North American business hours.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
  • Team player with a collaborative and coachable attitude.
  • Availability to work a fixed schedule of 13:30–22:00, aligned with North American business hours.
Nice to have
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling to SMB customers or other segments.
  • Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment.
  • Experience re-engaging dormant leads, recycled opportunities, or expansion opportunities.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and prospecting tools.
  • Experience working with customers across North America and LATAM.
  • Knowledge of digital signage, AV, workplace technology, or related industries.
 SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €24,000 - €30,000 Gross Per Annum

  • Hybrid Work Model: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Start your workday anytime up to 10:30 AM and complete your 8-hour schedule. In addition, one day per week follows a 1:00 PM–9:00 PM schedule.
