GRS is working in partnership with a governmental department in Nicosia and is currently seeking to recruit Administration Officer to work on temporary contracts for a duration of 8 months. The successful candidate will be managing administrative processes, internal coordination, and document handling to ensure the smooth running of the Representation’s internal operations and must speak fluent Greek & English.  If you are interested in working on this temporary 8-month contract and can commit to set working hours of Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30 , Laura at GRS looks forward to receiving your CV today.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the organisation of internal meetings, training sessions, and coordination briefings.
  • Handle mission orders, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transport coordination, and expense declarations.
  • Coordinate the preparation of documentation for meetings, briefings, and internal coordination activities.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, email, phone calls and official correspondence
  • Draft, edit and format correspondence, reports, and notes for the Head and Deputy Head of Representation.
  • Coordinate secretarial and administrative support across the Representation to ensure consistent and efficient service.
  • Facilitate information flow between the Head/Deputy Head and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the Representation’s overall efficiency and professional working environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Administrator / Office Support roles
  • Experience in document, information or resource management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internal administrative tools
  • Available for an immediate start
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Great communication and Customer Service Skills 
  •  Fluent in Greek & English
  •  Must already be residing in Cyprus with valid work permit
