Our client, an industry leader in insurance who prides themselves on customer service quality and employee satisfaction, is now seeking an Administrative Associate to join and support their Salesforce Onboarding Team with administrative tasks in Malta.  If you are looking for a job from Monday to Friday between 08:15am till 5:15pm and you are available sometime during these hours to join some team meetings, GRS looks forward to receiving your CV for this Malta-based Administrative Associate Contract role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Data cleansing
  • Filing, archiving and scanning documents
  • Other administrative tasks
  • Customer service
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of O’level education
  • IT proficiency
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as a team
  • Experience in customer support (preferably)
