MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative assistance to the Director, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and document drafting.

Prepare, file, and organize corporate documents.

Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for accounting and corporate records.

Support practical day‑to‑day administrative activities (courier coordination, office supplies, internal communications, etc.).
-
Assist with general bookkeeping, journal entry postings, and supporting reconciliations.
-
Help prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.

Support the team where needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
3–5+ years’ experience in administrative support, accounting experience will be considered as an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong problem-solving abilities, high discretion/confidentiality, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
