GRS are working with an international property-focused organisation who is seeking an Administrator to join its team in Larnaca. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and an interest in property administration.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants
  • Conduct tenant screening and reference checks
  • Prepare and manage tenancy agreements (ASTs)
  • Liaise with tenants regarding rent payments and reviews
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support and coordinate with internal and external parties
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Property administration or UK real estate experience is an advantage
