The Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of tenancy-related matters. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Tenant Communication: Liaise with tenants and prospective tenants via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Screening & Referencing: Conduct tenant screening and reference checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Tenancy Agreements: Prepare and manage agreements.
  • Financial Discussions: Communicate with tenants regarding rent payments, arrears, and rent increases.
  • Documentation: Draft letters, maintain accurate records, and manage filing systems (including scanning and digital storage).
  • Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, external agencies, and legal representatives when required.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify issues promptly and propose effective solutions.
  • General Administration: Answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to the team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Hard-working and professional with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • A proactive team player who can work effectively under pressure.
  • Previous experience in property administration or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – essential.
  • Knowledge of real estate or experience living in the UK is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
