MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing comprehensive office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications effectively
  • Managing documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to construction projects when required
  • Supporting procurement and inventory management processes
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly rapport with clients and colleagues
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or Office Support role, preferably within the construction sector
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and general administrative tools
