DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinating with medical and logistics providers
  • Supporting policyholders with practical and creative solutions
  • Tracking reports, invoices, and case updates
  • Liaising with colleagues and partners worldwide
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent English and Greek required
  • Strong IT skills, fast typing, and a comfort with learning new systems
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn
  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to help people
  • University degree or relevant work experience
COMPANY BENEFITS
  • Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (office-based in Larnaca)
  • 20 days’ annual leave
  • On call rotations every 5 weeks among team members
