A well-established, international company in the medical/travel assistance and claims handling sector is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an Assistance Co-Ordinator / Claims Handler for their Larnaca based office. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to liaise with medical/logistics providers globally and help solve interesting cases. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaising with medical / logistics providers to book appointments, track medical reports, request updates, and chase invoices for payment.

Liaising with offices globally.

Identifying providers to senior members of staff as potential partners.

Liaising with in-house doctor for translations, medical reports and any necessary assistance in cases.

Always complying with all in house policies and regulations.

Registration of online invoices.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

English as a first language with good spoken Greek.

Good IT skills – keen interest to learn new systems

Must be able to type fast

Have excellent attention to detail.

Willingness to self-study to become familiar with the Countries that the company covers,

Willingness to help people & thinking outside the box
