DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary IT contact for assigned business units for technology strategy, planning, and service discussions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships between IT teams and internal business stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize IT demand, including service requests, enhancements, maintenance activities, and new projects
  • Translate business needs into effective technology solutions and functional requirements
  • Support the development of business cases and technology roadmaps for IT investments
  • Ensure the successful delivery and adoption of IT solutions across the organization
  • Act as the escalation point for IT-related issues for designated business units
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure proper prioritization and visibility of IT initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related business discipline
  • MBA or other Master’s degree will be considered an advantage
  • ITIL Foundation certification and/or Six Sigma certification will be considered a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, consulting, or technology project management within medium to large corporate environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technologies and platforms, including CRM and ERP systems
  • Proven experience in IT Service Delivery, Business Analysis, or IT Business Partner roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
  • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams will be considered an advantage
