GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established IT provider in Larnaca who are searching to recruit an IT Support Officer to join the team in Larnaca. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 1 year of relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide first-level on-site/local and remote support to end users, including desktop and laptop computers and peripheral devices.

Manage, monitor, maintain, and support customer and internal systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.

Analyze system logs and utilize the company’s monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

Contribute to technical lifecycle initiatives, including operating system updates and patching, equipment software/firmware upgrades, and hardware replacement or upgrade projects.

Deploy and install a wide range of IT systems and infrastructure components.

Perform any other duties relevant to the role as assigned by company management.
