On behalf of our Client, a well-established and well-known IT Group of Companies with International operations, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Junior or Graduate IT Support Engineer to be based in Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing L2 & L3 support to clients/Users (remote and on-site).

Planning, installing, configuring, supporting Windows OS, and Authorized Vendor hardware/ Software (PCs/Notebooks/Servers).

Designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory.

Planning, installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Cloud Services (like Office 365).
-
Day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring, upgrades of Infrastructure solutions.

Responding to inquiries from clients, staff, service providers and vendors to provide technical assistance and support either remotely or onsite from the clients' premises.

Any other duties as assigned by Management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University/College Degree within the field of IT/ Engineering.

At least 3-6 months relevant experience

Fluent in Greek and English laguages

Pleasant and approachable character

Can do attitude
