We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to join our clients back office team in Limassol, Cyprus. This is a full-time position within a well-established international company. The role supports day-to-day operations, with a focus on administrative accuracy, communication, and data management. If you're looking for long-term career stability in a positive and professional environment, this could be the perfect fit.  You'll be joining a small but dynamic office where your contributions matter.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and manage invoices, packing lists, and internal documentation
  • Handle calculations and data entry in Excel and Priority ERP system
  • Liaise with the international office and HQ to ensure seamless coordination
  • Support logistics and operational processes as needed
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English across departments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (in any field)
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong Excel skills are essential
  • Knowledge or experience in trading, shipping, or bookkeeping is an advantage
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multitasking with ease
  • Committed to long-term employment and team collaboration
