GRS Recruitment are working with an established, leading well-known Telecommunications provider in Nicosia who are searching to recruit a Business Analyst to join the team on a 2-year Contract. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operation and Support, Finance, Legal) to identify business needs and pain points.
  • Distinguish business requirements between "wants", "needs" and “must haves” to prioritize features
Convert high-level business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications. Create:
  • User stories, and acceptance criteria
  • User journeys and process flows
  • Functional and non-functional requirements
  • Wireframes and data flow diagrams
  • Define system integrations and reporting requirements within the CRM ecosystem
 
  • Map current-state ("As-Is") vs. future-state ("To-Be") business processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the core product/solution architecture, capabilities, and constraints
  • Map new business and user requirements effectively onto the existing solution
  • Identify gaps between current capabilities and emerging needs
  • Propose and define feature enhancements and extensions to evolve the core solution or design new requirements via customized solutions
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure functional designs are feasible and scalable.
UAT Design & Execution
  • Design comprehensive UAT test plans and scripts based on the initial business requirements.
  • Coordinate with business users to execute testing, ensuring the CRM meets the "Definition of Done."
  • Manage the defect logging process, prioritizing fixes with the dev team before the final go-live.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technology Consulting or Product Management
  • Prior experience with a Telecommunications company would be an advantage
  • Experience in building requirements for systems’ implementations – including but not limited to user journey definitions, functional design and specifications, file specifications, user flow diagrams etc.
  • Proven experience working with third parties for projects’ implementation, integration and/or Migration projects
  • Degree level education preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Information System Management or similar
  • Understanding of web and mobile technologies, web services, APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork. Able to interact with cross-functional business teams as well as to closely cooperating with virtual teams.
  • Fluency in English, Greek would be an advantage.
  • Ability to commit to a 2 year contract role with an immediate start.
