GRS Recruitment are working with an established, leading well-known Telecommunications provider in Nicosia who are searching to recruit a Business Analyst to join the team on a contract for approximately 15 months. This is a mid level role so looking for a professional individual with at least 3 -4 years of relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help differentiate between “must-have” and “nice-to-have” requirements to support prioritization.
- support workshops and stakeholder discussions across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support, Finance, and Legal to gather business needs and identify pain points.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, including:
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Process flows and user journeys
- Functional and non-functional requirements
- Wireframes and data flow diagrams
- Basic integration and reporting needs within the CRM system
- Documenting current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) business processes.
- Build understanding of the product/solution and contribute to:
- Mapping business requirements to existing capabilitie
- Identifying gaps and suggesting improvements
- Supporting enhancements or configuration changes
- Work closely with Technical Architects and development teams to ensure solutions are practical and scalable.
- UAT Design & Execution
- Design comprehensive UAT test plans and scripts based on the initial business requirements.
- Coordinate with business users to execute testing, ensuring the CRM meets the "Definition of Done."
- Manage the defect logging process, prioritizing fixes with the dev team before the final go-live.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 3-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technology Consulting or Product Management

Prior experience with a Telecommunications company would be an advantage

Experience in building requirements for systems’ implementations – including but not limited to user journey definitions, functional design and specifications, file specifications, user flow diagrams etc.

Proven experience working with third parties for projects’ implementation, integration and/or Migration projects

Degree level education preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Information System Management or similar

Understanding of web and mobile technologies, web services, APIs.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork. Able to interact with cross-functional business teams as well as to closely cooperating with virtual teams.

Fluency in English, Greek would be an advantage.

Ability to commit to an approx 15 month contract role with an immediate start.

Salary of 50,000gross per annum
