The role involves analyzing market data, tracking pricing benchmarks (Brent, Platts), preparing internal reports, supporting deal structuring, monitoring supply-demand trends, and assisting trading decisions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse energy and commodities market data to identify trends and opportunities
- Gather, evaluate, and interpret complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improved operational efficiency
- Prepare detailed business reports and presentations for key stakeholders
- Support project management activities by providing data insights and analysis
- Monitor market developments within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors to inform business planning
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- High-level English, strong analytical and quantitative skills, experience with Excel and data analysis, ability to interpret market data, attention to detail, proactive mindset
- Background in finance, economics, or engineering is an advantage
- Knowledge of market trends and regulatory environments in the Energy & Commodities sectors is desirable
