This role requires a proactive individual who is not afraid to engage in cold calling and prospecting to identify and secure new business opportunities. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking to generate new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of IT services and solutions offered by the Company to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value proposition to potential clients.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of the Company’s services.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking all sales activities and providing accurate forecasts to management.

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of all sales activities, including contact information, sales calls, and opportunities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business).

Proven track record in IT services sales and a deep understanding of IT solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Can communicate effectively in English and Maltese

Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to engage in cold calling and prospecting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
