The successful candidate will be a dynamic and driven German-speaking Business Development Manager. This role is instrumental in expanding client relationships and driving new business opportunities across the German-speaking market. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute strategic plans to attract new clients and promote the firm's services in German-speaking regions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for German-speaking clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and support seamless onboarding processes.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Attend conferences, networking events, and client meetings to promote the firm’s legal services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related fields; additional qualifications are an advantage.

Proven experience in business development, preferably within legal services or consulting industries.

Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of the Cypriot legal or business environment is a plus.
