MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES 
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential suppliers and partners within the iGaming industry.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new suppliers and products.
  • Manage new supplier relationships to ensure high levels of performance and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress.
  • Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Excellent command of the English and Russian languages, both spoken and written.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
