The successful candidate will have travel industry experience, preferably from a business travel agent background. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Booking all aspects of travel for a account using Sabre/Amadeus

Delivering great customer service

Understanding travel budgets and ensuring cost effective solutions are provided

Working across our Mid/back office to provide itineraries
-
Monitor and maintain all internal processes and procedures in accordance with ISO requirements.

Working to client travel policies and adhering to them
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Fluent in English
-
Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience with Amadeus or Sabre
-
Extensive geographical and travel product knowledge.

Excellent communication skills
-
Exceptional attention to detail
-
Able to work rotational shifts, with the latest finish of 8pm
