MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and keeping a strong client service level

Maintaining daily communication with clients, understanding their needs and objectives and dealing with a wide range of functions.

Coordinating and prioritizing tasks and projects, ensuring clear communication with the team members, while acting in a timely manner
-
Developing and implementing integrated communication plans to align with the overall communication strategy of each client
-
Preparing detailed and comprehensive briefs for content and creative assets development, ATL campaigns, BTL campaigns, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, and events
-
Handling inbound and outbound media enquiries, and act as the key person in media communication
-
Participating in client proposals and team brainstorming
-
Creating and executing strategic proposals based on clients’ needs both on a proactive and reactive level.

Actively participating in new business development, including proposal writing

Identifying new business opportunities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or any other related field.
-
A minimum of 3 years’ agency experience in an account role
-
A solid experience in the development and implementation of integrated communications campaigns executions – traditional, digital, social, and more.
-
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English and Greek.

An ability to bring solutions to the table.

Excellent organisation skills

Excellent collaboration and soft skills

A can-do attitude and a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit.
