MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and legal agreements

Provide legal advice and guidance to cross-functional business teams on contract matters

Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies

Identify and mitigate contractual risks through review and negotiation
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives
-
Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle from drafting through execution
-
Handle contract-related disputes, including litigation management if required
-
Stay up to date on relevant legal developments impacting agreements

Build and maintain excellent working relationships across the organisation

Other duties as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.

Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g. procurement, services, NDAs, etc.)
-
Litigation experience is highly preferred, especially in contract disputes.

Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into clear legal language.

Fluency in both Greek and English, with ability to work on agreements in both languages.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various business units.

Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
