An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Administrator in Malta to join the team at one of our clients, an established international Law firm with offices in London, Dubai, Cyprus and more. The successful candidate should ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and possess great communication and time management skills.  If you feel like this could be an opportunity for you, GRS Recruitment looks forward to receiving your CV for this Malta-based Corporate Administrator Role.
  • Attending corporate client meetings and the keeping of minutes
  • Maintaining company registers.
  • Co-ordinating and handling day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies.
  • Preparation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as is required of a company secretary.
  • Liaising with lawyers, accountants, auditors and other service providers on behalf of the corporate clients.
  • Collection and verification of due diligence conducted as part of our know your client (KYC) procedures.
  • Previous position as Admin in corporate matters in Malta - minimum 2 years' experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy and demanding work environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility and professionalism.
  • Verbal and writing skills in other languages may be considered a plus.
