On behalf of our client, one of the largest Real Estate investor, GRS are seeking a Corporate Administrator to join their team in Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail) and respond or direct them appropriately.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including board meetings, committee meetings, and corporate events.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate administrative or office management role.
  • Must have knowledge of Companies registrar Cyprus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
COMPANY BENEFITS
