MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing crew changes and making the necessary travel arrangements

Applying for the seafarers' documents with the flag authorities

Issuing employment contracts for the seafarers

Handling the payroll of the seafarers

Taking part in an on-call rota system for any after-hours emergencies (approximately 10 weeks/year)

Being the first point of contact for the captain of your ships for employment-related queries
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's Degree
-
Operational and communication skills
-
Organized and meticulous
-
Fluent in spoken and written English

Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel

Self-motivated and the ability to take initiative

Ability to work independently and under pressure

While prior crewing experience will be viewed as advantageous, training will be offered
