MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and maintain multiple CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and usability for various teams
- Serve as the go-to expert for CRM functionalities, troubleshooting, and user training
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within CRM systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with IT and other teams to integrate CRM systems with other business tools and platforms
- Provide guidance and support to end-users, ensuring they can fully leverage CRM capabilities
- Ensure proper data hygiene and security within CRM systems, maintaining high-quality and reliable records
- Work with various sales heads to align CRM processes with sales strategies and prevent errors
