MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Handle customer inquiries in the office and over the phone
  • Consultations, sales, and customer service
  • Oversee the customer service team to ensure high-quality support and timely resolution of client issues
  • Manage helpdesk operations, ensuring efficient ticket handling and escalation processes
  • Coordinate with technical departments to resolve complex customer queries related to telecommunications services
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor key performance indicators and produce reports to identify areas for service improvement
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to foster a positive working environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards in all customer interactions
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk environments within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Stress resistance

  • Public holidays are paid at double rate
