The successful candidate needs to be a Qualified Lawyer (member of the Cyprus Bar Association) with at least 5 years of previous working experience in a managerial position. The successful candidate will be responsible to secure new partnerships/relationships through business development with new overseas partners, research the need for new products and develop such products to satisfy the needs of new clients. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, develop, activate, and grow relationships with overseas law firms and financial services companies for referrals

Take a leading role in the marketing and sales function of the firm, which will require travel abroad for business development purposes

Responsible for implementing and conducting all aspects of the business development and sales process
-
Ultimately responsible for achieving targeted sales objectives of above products according to individual and group targets

Lead a team of lawyers, client relationship managers and administrative staff

Attend conferences and seminars both locally and abroad whilst keeping up with industry trends

Identify and communicate any products, sales opportunities and improvements or suggestions to the Board
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Cyprus qualified lawyer with solid experience within the Corporate/Commercial Law sector

Proven track record in business growth

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience

Strong leadership skills

Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal

Flexibility to travel abroad when necessary
