MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to client queries relating to account management

Provide client support including technical, operational

Respond to incoming inquiries from clients via email, live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner

Build on client relationship management

Assist in the implementation of new procedures and processes

Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures

Co-operation and participation in an ongoing training program
-
Interact with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Must be based in Cyprus
-
Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory

Experience in a client-facing role
-
Basic IT troubleshooting skills
