Specializing in ERP security and compliance software, this business operates in a high-impact, niche market with a multimillion-euro footprint. We are seeking a strategic, high-performing Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager to drive global new business growth with a strong focus on the US market. This is a pure outbound sales role that requires consultative selling, deep product understanding, and the ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. If you’re commercially sharp, technically adept, and thrive in high-accountability, results-oriented environments, this is your opportunity to make a visible impact.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end outbound sales cycle – from lead generation through to negotiation and contract close.
  • Develop and maintain a targeted, high-quality pipeline of qualified prospects using Salesforce.
  • Engage and build trust with technical, business, and executive-level stakeholders across global enterprises.
  • Deliver tailored, hands-on product demonstrations that speak to complex ERP security challenges.
  • Manage and support software trials, aligning use cases with prospect pain points.
  • Represent the company at key international trade shows and industry events (primarily US and Europe).
  • Stay continuously informed on product updates, ERP industry trends, and security/compliance requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven track record in enterprise ERP or CRM software sales, ideally within the security, compliance, or risk space.
  • Experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales in complex technical environments.
  • Strong technical acumen – able to field technical questions and overcome objections independently (no solutions engineer).
  • Exceptional communicator – fluent in English and confident presenting to both IT leaders and C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly resilient with a hunter mentality and long-term strategic mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, high-autonomy culture with clear accountability.
  • Experience in the US market is highly advantageous.
