On behalf of our Client, a well-established and expanding Technology company, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Executive Administrator with experience in Social Media and Events to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol Executive Administrator role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and COO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Work directly with the COO and CEO of the company
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, Quotes, reports, and other documents for senior staff
  • Answering phones, screening calls and directing to the appropriate person or department.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives and guests
  • Receives incoming communication on behalf of senior staff and distributes content to appropriate staff
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping
  • Acts as a company liaison for Marketing events and other Marketing activities
  • Organizing company staff events and activities
  • Organizing Company events like conferences and workshops
  • Performs receptionist duties (A-Z)
  • Preparing corporate documents
  • Receives customer orders and maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least three years of related experience is required
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new or updated software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Thorough attention to details
  • Understanding of corporate social media like LinkedIn and Instagram
