As a Field Sales Executive, you will drive growth by winning new customers, developing existing accounts and building strong, long-term relationships. You will understand customer needs, identify opportunities and provide solutions that create real value. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Win new business and grow existing accounts
- Identify opportunities through prospecting and customer visits
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Manage your territory and sales pipeline
- Identify new market opportunities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 2+ years’ sales experience
- Strong commercial and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and close sales
- Results-driven, proactive and well organised
- Good command of English and Greek
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €18,000 – €22,100 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
