A well-standing construction and real estate group of companies with offices in Paphos is looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join its dynamic finance team. This is a key role that provides strategic financial insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making at the highest level. The successful candidate will be a Chartered or Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong analytical, reporting and interpersonal skills.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports

Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts/budgets

Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status

Perform financial modelling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making

Identify trends, advise company, and recommend actions based on sound analysis

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, bankers, the wider finance team and other teams of the company, to streamline reporting and financial processes.

Design and implement monitoring solutions

Be the key point of contact of banks, including provision of quarterly reporting to them

Collaborate with the wider team to aid the implementation of Business Intelligence software

Work on special projects and ad-hoc assignments
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Chartered or Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial analysis, business advisory, or within a Big Four accounting firm.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial software is an advantage.

Solid understanding of IFRS, financial regulations, and corporate finance principles.

Excellent presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and drive process improvements.
