A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an international financial institution in Malta for a German speaking Customer Support Agent. You will be engaging with customers by phone / email ensuring the best customer service experience is provided. You should be fluent in German and English and have previous customer service/retail experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
•        Helping / Advising Customers in completing their Loan Applications.
•        Assisting Customers with their Loan Repayment Schedules.
•        Answering all questions and queries via Phone, Chat, SMS or Email.
•        Focused on enhancing the overall customer experience and promoting other potential products across our business.
•        Most importantly, putting the customers at the 'heart' of everything we do!
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
 
•     Passion for helping people and making our customers feel important / special.
•     Written and Verbal fluency in English and German.
•     Previous Sales experience in any industry would be of interest.
•     Focused and target driven, competitive and eager to deliver excellent customer service.
•     You like working in an international company with many different cultures around you.
•     Previous experience of working in any sales / customer role by phone or directly.
