GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a growing firm based in Larnaca who are searching for a highly skilled Head of Back-Office to join their dynamic team. Experience in back-office operations, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry is a must together with excellent leadership and management skills. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage the back-office team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Develop and implement back-office policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cryptocurrency and securities operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including finance, compliance, legal, and technology, to support business objectives and initiatives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance back-office processes and systems.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess departmental performance and drive continuous improvement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in back-office operations, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
