An international real estate firm with offices in Cyprus is looking for a Head of Country to join their team in Nicosia.  The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in Property Servicers, Funds, Private Equity Funds and Banks.  If you have the relevant experience and are interested in joining a company that has opportunities for growth and development, then we look forward to receiving your CV here at GRS for this Head of Country role.  
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Have previously held full Profit & Loss responsibility of an Organisation from headcount, training and development to investment in infrastructure.
  • Put in place scalable structure, process, methodology and hiring talent strategies to meet skills gaps.
  • Have the responsibility of being the face of the company, with public speaking and ability to assist with press releases giving market insights is an advantage.
  • Believe in constant improvement and actively drive change, including introducing new best practices and organisational methodologies.
  • Have the responsibility for ongoing reporting and accountability to the management and other keys stakeholders within the business.
  • Contributing to the technology vision and the communication of that vision to internal and external audiences in Cyprus.
  • Being part of a globally expanding business which is disrupting the Property industry you will be a leader in the field of Proptech in Cyprus and will have an active input into deployment into the Greek market.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in dealing with Property Servicers, Funds, Private Equity Funds and Banks. Understanding their key success criteria on the de-leveraging of property is essential.
  • Experience in business development, a track record in winning new clients and growing existing key client relationships.
  • Complete experience in managing the sales process from beginning to end, including valuations, marketing, sales listing, sales negotiations, customer due diligence (KYC/AML) and post transaction experience is essential.
  • Demonstrable track record of building highly motivated teams, while also mentoring and managing career paths within the team.
