GRS Recruitment are working along with an established Investment Firm, seeking to recruit a Head of Legal for their offices in Limassol. The successful will be asked to support the company on any legal matters that might occur and co-ordinate the legal team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in negotiations, lead the execution of asset finance transactions, acquisition finance, leasing projects, investment agreements and corporate transactions.

Assist in maintain the current regulatory Licenses
-
Provide legal and operational support to different departments

Drafting the relevant agreements / cooperate documents of the company

Responding to legal queries from the management
-
Perform other legal duties as assigned or requested

Performing high-level reviews and inspections to assess the Company’s compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations and the effectiveness of the internal policies and control procedures

Guiding and supporting the business units on compliance/regulatory matters

Run the existing legal team
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
4-5 years post qualification experience in FX industry is a must
-
Familiarity with English Law – an advantage
-
Experience in the energy, infrastructure or transportation sectors - an advantage
-
Fluent written and spoken English including legal drafting and presentational skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
-
Self-motivated team player
-
Cysec Advanced certificate is a must
-
Degree in Law
